I'm interested in topics that really make a difference.<\/p>

How is artificial intelligence changing our working world? Why do some innovations succeed while others fail? How do societal changes come about? And what is needed for good ideas to become real transformation?<\/p>

These questions have been with me for many years. They led me into journalism and shape my work as a presenter today. Because for me, being on stage isn't just about guiding an audience through a program. I'm interested in the ideas behind it, the people who drive things forward, and the conversations that give rise to new perspectives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My first job as a presenter wasn't on stage.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I grew up as the eldest of four siblings in my parents' family business. There I learned early on to observe people attentively and to assess situations correctly.<\/p>

Anyone who works in the restaurant industry quickly notices how different people are. You can sense when someone is nervous, needs support, or isn't quite comfortable in a situation. Back then, that was perfectly natural. Today, it's an important part of my job.<\/p>

Whether it's speakers just before their presentation, guests on a panel, or teams behind the scenes: it's important to me that people feel seen and can go on stage with confidence. Because the best conversations happen where trust and openness can flourish.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

From the editorial office to the stage<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I've always wanted to understand how the world works. That's why I decided to study media and cultural studies, languages, and communication. During a year of study in Paris, I was able to pursue my passion for filmmaking.<\/p>

At the same time, I was repeatedly drawn to topics that went far beyond my studies. I wanted to understand how large economic processes work and how the environment, society, and the economy are interconnected.<\/p>

This curiosity led me into journalism. I worked for n-tv, SWR and 1LIVE, among others, where I dealt with current events, social issues and economic topics.<\/p>

Over time, however, I realized that many of these topics needed more space than a news report or radio broadcast could offer. I was interested not only in what happened, but also in the thoughts and different perspectives behind it.<\/p>

At the same time, I missed the direct interaction with the audience. I wanted to experience how people react to topics and what thoughts a conversation sparks. That's exactly what I found in moderating.<\/p>

Today I attend discussions, congresses and events where people come together to exchange ideas, learn from each other and look at the issues that shape our future from new perspectives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

What I love so much about my work as a presenter<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I'm thrilled by the opportunity to accompany an event from the initial idea to its execution. I enjoy delving into topics and exchanging ideas with teams. Seeing how initial concepts evolve into an event where people come together, learn from each other, and gain new inspiration is always something special for me.<\/p>

Therefore, I want to understand what motivates a company, what questions an industry grapples with, and what issues are truly at the heart of things. Over the years, this has given me a broad understanding of economic, technological, and social contexts, which shapes my work today.<\/p>

This understanding allows me to moderate freely. I don't rely on memorized moderation scripts or pre-written statements. My journalistic background helps me to quickly grasp connections and ask the right questions, even on complex topics, to move the conversation forward.\u00a0<\/p>

One of my first major live broadcasts was an eight-hour live show from the Eisbach Studios for the Bayerische newspaper. The focus was on sustainable investments and how business and sustainability can be considered together. Even then, I realized how much these topics fascinated me and how much I enjoy bringing people together to discuss them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When I'm not on stage, I'm often drawn to the sea or other countries. I love to travel, discover new places, and am interested in how people in other places live, think, and view the world.<\/p>

Personal development is equally important to me. I enjoy questioning my own perspectives and constantly ask myself whether what I think today will still hold true tomorrow. This openness to new perspectives accompanies me both personally and professionally.<\/p>

Surfing plays a special role in this. Surfers take responsibility for themselves. They search for the right spots, observe the conditions, prepare, and make their own decisions. No one does these tasks for them. It reminds me to stay curious, try things out, and follow my own path.<\/p>

That's exactly what's important to me in my professional life as well. I've never been an employee. The freedom to manage projects independently, to work creatively, and to explore new paths has always been very important to me.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
